LIKE FUCKING SHIT. its a good product, and i am satisfied with the protein content, but it tastes terrible. its 5 pounds for 27 bucks. not bad. wish it tasted better, though. thats all.

Chocolate flavor right? It does taste horrible---when I used it I'd have to fight off the urge to go throw up after drinking it. One trick I've tried that helps slightly is to buy some Nestle Quick Powder and add a small spoon of it to your powder. Get the strawberry quik if you've got the vanilla optimum. That'll help mask the taste a little. It only adds a few carbs, but something has to be added to that swill so that you can choke it down.
I'm tellin ya man, I agree with most all the things you've said concerning supplements and nutrition on your other posts. Check out that Alternative Nutrition Whey Protein next time you order protein. It's been the only protein shake that I can drink 3 times a day without feeling sick. I promise it's good stuff. It's the same price as the Optimum.

Personally, the vanilla is my favorite in terms of taste, but don't get me wrong they are all great quality and super taste. (If you want to read the lab analysis, click on the "Click here for catalog" at the top of the page. Then when you get to the next page, click on the blue banner at the top that reads "100%whey protein").

They ship exclusively through dps nutrition and it's pretty fast service. I got mine 2 days after ordering.

i like the stuff also. I mix it with water in a blender. i use about 24 ounces of water and 2 big scoops of powder and that taste fine to me.. I don't know maybe im fucked up but i don't think its all that bad.
