Just started some Liquid Creatine by Muscle Marketing. It was relatively cheap and less of a hassle than powder. Anyone ever try it?
Is it any good or no?

I tried the Femme Advantage Liquid Creatine and I have to say that my endurance increased on my cardio workouts but it didn't really affect my weight lifting workouts. Go Figure.

I found no difference between liquid creatine and a good creatine that has a carb mix (ie MetRx Creatine AC, EAS Phospagen HP, etc.) Everyone is different, so try it and then let us all know how it goes.

I've been on the liquid for about 3-4 weeks now, I haven't noticed any results. I've tried powder before and didn't get any results either. I drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. I guess creatine just doesn't work for me.

The powdered works for me! In about 1-2 hours I'm on the crapper! It may be white powder coming in but comes out liquid brown on the way out! Mmmmm Mmmm good!

Some guy on a board I go to said he tried to find the patent that the company had for the liquid creatine because so far he didn't know of any that woule keep the creatine stable. He called the company and they gave him a patent #, when he checked it out he said there was never a patent issued for that. He tried contacting the company and inquiring about this but has yet to hear anything and they keep giving him the runaround. Sounds like a gimmick to me.
