![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i need to know how much i should be eating. my goal is to pack on the muscle. for the past 4 months my goal has been to loose weight. i am on a calorie deficiant diet and i do 60 min of intense cardio 4 days a week. i lift my ass off but at the rate i loose weight, 5-7 pounds a week i can not pack on good muscle. right now i am eating 2000-2200 calories a day in 5 meals. i eat between 200-250 g of protein a day. i supplement creatine, glutamine, zma and pro complex protein. i am 6'2 195 13.5% body fat. it is hard to get myself to eat more than i do because i am affraid it will turn right back into the fat i lost. how much do i need to be eating to grow. if i get an answer i can convince my self to eat to gain. please help. brendan.
