Hey guys...Been lurking for ages and now looking for advice.

I am medium build hardgainer (33 yrs old 5'11" 172# 32"waist 43"chest 15"arms, skinny legs). My weight is usually around 165# -- have made good gains in last 3 months and kept the mass on. Added very little fat.

My diet is good (heavy protein and medium carbs, 4 meals a day). Workout 5days a week and aerobics (biking) 3 days a week 20 minutes a pop.

I am looking to add about 8lbs of muscle, get a little more cut and keep on the mass. I usually add about 5 pounds and then have to go on a business trip and promptly lose the mass (poor diet, long work hours, crappy hotel gym). I have a period of time for a few months where I will not be traveling heavily, so it is a good time to train.

I have been thinking of androsteniodone or nor-andro (new Norabol product from Mass Quantities?). What can I expect in terms of gains, Dosages, side effects etc.? Currently I am not taking any supplements, except occasional protein shakes. Creatine caused upset stomach and minimal gains (vs. expense).

Also, question on diet -- do any of you guys limit intake of carbs after 3PM or 8PM in order to maximize muscle gains and reduce fat? Sort of a limited version of the all-protien diets...

Thanks,
RicoNY
