I generally use creatine but i hate the water retention. I want to use a prohormone or hormone booster like Tribex 500. Need the info because I have a problem building mass. But I have been losing weight.

You have a problem building mass because you have been losing weight. I think it's impossible to actually plan to lose fat and gain weight at the same time. Sometimes it happens (mainly to beginners and people returning from long layoffs), but it's really worth trying to do. If you want to gain mass, forget about losing fat for now and up your caloric intake

Remember, supplements just "supplement" your diet. They only fill in the gaps that food cant give you or whatever you miss in your daily diet. I've got 10 years on the iron...believe me dude, it's all about the food!

Contradiction is right. Hence the name "supplement".

Eat often and use a good protein powder. The rest will take care of itself.

These guys are right man, if you are not getting proper nourishment from your diet and from the foods you eat, then supplements will not do shit. If you are eating and have a good diet, then the only supplement in my opinion that really is worth buying for mass is creatine. Everything else sucks ass, and is overpriced for the results you get. Most stuff is hyped up so supplement companies can make an extra buck. But you do not like creatine, so it looks like your supplement bill will be pretty cheap.

The best supplement is food, and lots of it. Eat clean, eat alot and you will put on mass.

As far as creatine and mass, it only works when you consume a high calorie diet. You may gain some weight(water retention) but not the kind your looking for. Try to keep a rough track of your calorie consumption for 1 week and I bet you find out on the average you are consuming alot less than you thought.

The best supplements are by Alternative Nutrition. Bar none. They have the stongest prohormone on the market called NorAndroMax. Their protein is also the best I have ever had. It's a concentrate/isolate blend no inferior ion exchange. It also tastes the best. Their Creatine is the best. It's called Hyper Cell and it has 20 grams of creatine each serving. ALSO, ALTERNATIVE NUTRITION IS THE !!!ONLY!!! SUPPLEMENT COMPANY THAT POSTS THEIR INDAPENDANT LAB ESSAYS ON THEIR WEB SITE. Check it out
