I am about to try this stuff (md6). Anyone have any feedback on it. Been using Hydroxycuts for awhile, I think my body is to used to them.

MD6 is the shit! Ive been using it for about 2 months now and lost about 10 lbs each month(just the right amount in my opinion). Anyway i tried a few other fat burners but they dont compare and plus MD doesnt give u the shakes. I def. recommend it over the other popular fat burners.

As far as diet, all i did really was cut most of my carbs out. The only carbs i eat are in the morning, very little after the first meal (well some in the postworkout meal). Tons of chicken, tuna, red meat, protein shakes, etc. Also i only do cardio 2 times a week. Its working good so far.

that is pretty much what i am doing. I go to the gym at 6pm, do you think it is ok, even if you are trying to avoid carbs at night, to drink one of those mass recovery drinks right after your workout. And are you taking in any added fat?

Yea i think its definitely ok to get carbs after a workout, even if its like 7 PM b/c your body will use those carbs to restore its glycogen so it wont turn to fat. Also ive been taking Udo's Choice, which is a blend of different oils including flax and MCT oil. Dont be afraid to add good fats like these.

so would you say that 300g pro, 80g carbs, 50-60g of fat sound about right to rip up, if you weigh about 180
