I�m taking a weight gainer after and before workout but, do I have to take it also the off days????

hell yeah!! if your looking to gain weight drink the hell out of it like with breakfast, before, and after workout, and another half serving or whole for snack later. you have to eat a lot and bust your ass in the gym also!

If your meatabolism can handle alot of it with out fat weight gain go for it. But watch out they can and will sneek up on you in terms of unwanted weight gain...FAT!!

Look for a low sugar gainer and try mixing it at about half the recommended rate.

When I wanted to gain size and nothing but size I took tons of weight gainer and blew up to 230lbs at 18yrs old, smooth but not fat at all compared to the average population. Maybe 15% fat. I took it 3-4 times per day along with real food.
