![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I calculated my diet yesterday, and my daily dose of fat is too low. 19g's. Is flax seed oil the best fat suppliment? Also, will dandelion root really do that much for me as far as excess water retention? What about gycerol? Gary IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Liquid Flax seed oil is one of the best sources to increase your essential fatty acid levels (Omega 3). Try 2 tablespoons a day of this either by itself or mixed in with something, works great. I usaully take one tablespoon in the morning and another one before dinner. Each tablespoon will supply about 11 grams of fat. Also taking a couple of fish oil capsules a day will help supply the remaining essential fatty acid you will need. Each capsule will supply 1 gram of fat. As for dandelion root, I can not help you on that subject. IP: Logged |
