Hi to all! I have heard about creatine that the effect of it is temporal. Once you let out taking it, the progress begin to dissapear. I haven´t got too much money, and I want to know if is really good for making mass and muscle growth. Thanks a lot IP: Logged |

The loses that occur after discontinuing use are due to the volume of water in your cells decreasing. Strength levels may also be affected do to the lack of ATP production. About 90% of the people who use creatine notice favorable strength increases and weight gain due to the water retention. Creatine is one of the few legal products that seem to work. It will be money well spent. Stay away from fancy products and stick with a good quality powder and take it with a high glycemic drink(grape juice, apple juice, etc.) and drink lots of water. another thing u could do is rather than pay for 4 pounds of cell tech and spend 40 or 50 bucks, make ur own. get a high quality creatine in bulk. then, go to www.proteinfactory.com great site, and it sells dextrose, which is the big thing muscletech raves about ( i hate muscletech. full of bullshit hype) u can get dextrose at 2.49 a pound. add 100 grams of this to 10 grams of creatine and 10 grams of glutamine after a workout, and u have the perfect way to replenish simple sugars and start the recovery process. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Finally! Someone who agrees that sufficient carbs are required for creatine to work properly! Glad to know you're out there Quad. I hate hearing all this b.s. about how carbs are the enemy. Maybe I just have good genetics, but I feel like I can't grow an ounce of muscle without sufficient carbs. IP: Logged |
