i know it is expensive,$2.00-$2.50 a bottle but if you have alot of money buy this stuff, it tastes like coolaid and is 98.5% protein, it has no sugar and only half a gram of carbs in it! no fat either, it has 40 grams of whey protein also. if you are on an atkins diet and still have the sweet tooth consider freezing this and eating it like it was a slush, if i could i would take in about 10 a day, imagine the mass you would build, do any of you take this? you have to go to gnc, just ask for pure pro or look around and find it, it is kinda expensive though. IP: Logged |
