ore Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 6)	posted April 20, 2000 12:58 AM I have never heard or seen anything about protein causing acne. If youare havinga problem with this, it must be coming from somehwere else. I've never heard of protein in pill form, either (other than amino acids), but even if there was something, i can guanrantee you that the cost would be prohibitive (not to mention that you'd have to swallow 30-50 pills at a time). If convenience is an issue, try meal replacement powers or cans of tuna. IP: Logged

A can of tuna is cheaper and has more protein...if your a vegetarian, try nuts... And supposedly, they can't really link ingested products to acne... Pubert IP: Logged
