![]() ![]() ![]() yeah, u need to maybe back off the therms for a while. maybe take a week or two off totally. you may also have grown dependent on them. not in the sense that you are a junkie or you are addicted to them, but i took hydroxycut once for 3 weeks straight, and when i went off i couldnt stay awake. i just had to sleep all day. your body gets used to that thermogenic kick and when you give it to your body day after day, your body is going to grow a tolerance for it, which seems to be the case now. So, the only way to solve this problem is to go off for a little while so your tolerance decreases, and up your cardio, so you don't gain anymore unwanted bodyfat. ------------------ IP: Logged |
