To build muscle, is it neccesarry to load up with protien(220 grams for me) EVERY day, or is it really only necessary to take in that much on lifting days. ALso, what is the best protien out there? I want to take that combined with Tribex 500.
Any other suggestions on muscle building stuff i could take would be apreciated.

on average, take in 1-1.5 grams of protein per bodypart per day. and, u got to take protein everyday, cause ur muscles grow when you are out of the gym, not while ur in the gym. i personally like designer protein, but some disagree with me.

I'm sure Quad meant to say 1-1.5 grams per *pound of bodyweight*, not per bodypart :-)
My head is spinning trying to figure out what exactly constitutes a bodypart and what size of a dumptruck I'd need to have next month's protein delivered in.
