What is the consensus? Do fat burners work or not? I'd like to cut up a bit for the summer but don't want to do do much cardio and lose size - are fat burners what I need? IP: Logged |

Yep!!! Just be sure to get 1.5 times your bodyweight in protien or you'll lose size. Everything else (carbs, fat) are just fillers lower your intake of these and take fatburners. I like the syntrex line best! IP: Logged |

Adipokinetix is a product by Syntrax that will aid in fat loss, but won't give you that crappy "speedy" feeling. It's proven effective and it's about 25 bucks for a months' supply. Try dspnutrition.com, or webnutritionstore.com Good Luck- Haps IP: Logged |

I like thermo-cuts but about any I've tried work well. Don't for get to drink plenty of water. Fat burners tend to make you cramp up because they pull water out of your system. IP: Logged |
