i personally think cell tech is a good brand of creatine, but for its price u can do better. i put on 20 pounds over a course of 5 months, but alot of it was water. when i went off i lost 10 of those pounds, and i slowly put them back on. im up to 198 and planning on doing another cycle soon, but if ur really strapped for money, buy some regular creatine and mix it with juice, contrary to what muscle-tech says. it will work just fine. the main reason i get the cell tech is that i get a discount from my fball team. so, ur decision.

All cell tech has in it is creatine monohydrate, taurine, alpha lipoic acid, vitamins and carbs(from sugar). Save yourself some money and buy theses components seperatly.

Champion is a genius.
Don't believe Musclemag. Or Juggles the topless clown. MUSCLETECH PRODUCTS ARE JUST HYPE.

I feel like a fool, but I went out and bought a can or three of NitroTech. Guess what? There were no super gains in strength or size. Plus, they put a lot of cheap whey concentrate (oh, did I mention creatine is in one of their super patent-pending formulations?) gave me gas like you wouldn't want it. I hate Muscletech.

BUTT, if you feel more comfortable being a sucker, try this super Muscletech stack:

Acetobolan
Nortesten
Anotesten
Nitrotech
Celltech
Hydroxycut
and Mesotech bars for all food requirements.
Take 2 to 4 times the recommended amounts and you will be bigger and stronger than the "Natural" Greg Kovaks.

Good luck!

creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate if it actually contains what the label states then they are all the same. put it in some yogurt and it will not screw up your stomach or give you the shits.

From what I understand Cell-tech is just creatine, dextrose and some Vits. I take creatine mono and dextrose instead (plus vits). Cell-tech is too expensive because you gave to take so much per serving. It only last about 2 weeks whereas 1kg of mono last me 6-8 months (5 grams per day)

the only reason i would want to go with EAS's phosphagen HP or cell-tech is because they have the simplest of simple carbs...i can't find a juice that doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup...I don't even know if it matters?
