first of all i'd like to say that this board is great, i came upon it by accident about a month ago, and i check it every day theres alot of good advice on here. i was just wondering about mixing supplements. i am currently taking tribex, methoxy7, creatine, and 3- 500mg glutamine pills a day,and a couple whey protien shakes. does anyone think that i am wasting any of these by combining them all at once. any info greatly appreciated, thanks.

Your supplement program looks to be OK. Some people feel that the glutamine and creatine shouldn't be taken at the same time since it's possible that they compete for the same transport, but from other discussions on this board this doesn't seem to have effect either negatively and it should be OK to take these together. The methoxy and tribex are similar products, but they're different enough that should provide separate benefits if they live up to Biotest's claims. With that many supplements you'll need to make sure you're getting plenty of carbs to help transport these supps.
