Has anyone used any of these supplements? If so, how good were the gains? Is it worth buying them? I'm not real into supplements, but I do think that they can help if used correctly. Also, does ZMA really raise test levels? Thanks guys

I've never used the GH1000 so I can't comment on it.
The ZMA I did use for about 6 or 7 weeks and I don't think it did a thing for me.
I also used Proxylon for about 2 months and although I think it may have helped me some with my strength training, I can't say it was worth it. A closer look at Proxylon shows that it may increase bone mass and or help prevent osteoporosis. It has also been described as a tendon and ligament strengthener. I can't confirm any of this personally since I haven't had a bone density test done on me. So the muscle-building effects of Proxylon may at best be an indirect one.

I'd probably stick with taking in enough protein and glutamine so that you will be able to recover from workouts properly as well as provide the necessary substrate for muscle building. You could also take 5 grams of micronized creatine with roughly 90-100 grams of carbohydrates immediately following your workouts. If you use the creatine be sure to drink an extra half gallon of pure water a day to help avoid bloating. (I know this sounds just backwards, but if you don't drink enough water, then your kidneys will react as if there is a water shortage and retain all the water it can).
Be sure to get all the rest you can at night so that you'll be allowing proper GH secretion naturally and muscle rebuilding.

If you are solely wanting to elevate testosterone levels, then you still are going to have to get enough protein. I have talked to some very knowledgeable people who practice what they preach and describe the combination of 100 mg of pregnenalone and the supplement Testropinol as a powerful strength booster. You might check it out. You also might hear some people talk about how this or that supplement is not effective, but you must first consider that not all people have supplemented properly. This means that in order to get the best results from a supplement you must eat right, get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, work out properly, and take the supplement in the proper amount and at the specific times when your body can use them.

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions about any of this.
Take care and good luck!
