If u take taraxatone, you will lose all subcutaneous water. Trust me. But, one problem with it is that you will have the worst cotton mouth in the world. I know that seems like not a big deal, but walking around for a week or two without being able to swallow and barely able to talk does get tough do deal with. The serving size is 6 capsules a day, maybe you should start at 3 or 4 a day. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Well, i decided what the hell and bought a bottle of it so im gonna give it a shot and ill post if i get any good results. By the way, i called cytodyne up for more info about it and they said to take it for no more than 3 days. So a bottle lasts for 3 cycles..... Anyways, we'll see what happens. IP: Logged |

They say in the advert that you have to use it in conjunction with a low sodium diet (because salt causes you to retain water to balance the salt). IP: Logged |

Well i gave it a little test run and it works decent. I wasnt expecting a miracle but i did notice a difference especially in my problems areas where i hold the most water (pecs and arms). Anyway i only tried it for 2 days so i didnt get the full effect and i also didnt change my diet at all so all in all, i think it probably does work pretty well just dont expect miracles. When i try it again for the full 3 days ill post any further results. One more thing, the water did stay off believe it or not and its been 5 days since i tried it. IP: Logged |
