I used the original Cybergenis about 3 years ago and got incredible results. Does anyone know what it contained to produce those results, how it worked and how I can best replicate those results now? Thnx. IP: Logged |

Which Cybergenics program are you referring to? They had quite a few products back then including diet, weight gain, and others. IP: Logged |

I used the 60 day Bodybuilding Kit, I went from 245 to 205 and gained ten pounds over the course of a summer. IP: Logged |

From what I've been able to find, it looks like the Bodybuilding Kit was a package of several different individual products. I haven't been able to find anything listing the separate products, but I have been able to find references to the ingredients that were in a bunch of different Cybergenics products. If you can remember any of the individual names of what was contained in the kit, I can probably get some more info for you. I had done some looking for Cybergenics info a year or so ago, so I still have alot of bookmarks. IP: Logged |

I don't remember much, it was four bottle of pills and a bottle of stuff you put under your tongue. Would there be products today that would have similar characteristics? IP: Logged |

Most likely it was like most other Cybergenics stuff: overpriced combinations of things you can buy individually. I have found several retailers still selling this kit and the other Cybergenics stuff, it appears they're still marketing in Australia. Do a web search for "Cybergenics Total Bodybuilding System" if you're really interested in buying this overpriced stuff. If you'd like to put together your own system, read through the very helpful posts on this board. There are some really helpful folks here that can give you very good advice if you give us some details of what you're trying to accomplish, your diet, and your workout habits. Of course, any workout program needs to be based on a foundation of a balanced diet and hard work. Supplements are just the building blocks that go on top of the foundation, unfortunately they're not a magic pill. IP: Logged |

I know that there is no magic pill, but when I used the Cybergenics, my focus was incredible, as well as my discipline in my diet and things like that. IP: Logged |

I did this program a few years ago, and I would say that the training exercises is what gave the results it did. The pills were just plain vitamins. The traing was intense and anyone could loose weight with this program. Benzo IP: Logged |
