I took it a few years ago and personally didn't like it. It made me look orange! I did some research and found out that canthaxanthin is derived from carrots...so no wonder I looked like one. It may have been improved since then, but I doubt it. There are some tanning oils they sell at Max Muscle that are pretty good. If you don't have a Max Muscle near you then you can go to a Gold's gym and see what they recommend. IP: Logged |
