HMB - does it work, and is it worth the price?

I heard from some rich kid at the gym that he really likes it but has to take massive amounts to get the full effect. I'm not that dedicated to spending so much money on a hope. I like the mixture of creatine and ribose. Biotest makes a good product called Ribose-C that has both in it. I would take it before I'd take any more HMB. Hope that helped. IP: Logged
