Use Andro for at least of 6 wks , and no more than 6 wks. Usually caps are for 100 mg each. Take one in the morning and one before workout (optional at lunch). Then after your cycle you can take Dhea + Tribulus to reactivate your hormonal levels , cycle of 1 month. Anyway , justo for your info , the best prohormones available on the market are 4-androstenediol and 19Nor4androstenediol : you can find stack from many companies (Muscletech / Mt-Rex / etc ... etc ...). Also 19Norandrostenedione is a good anabolic prohormone. IP: Logged |

Grosso and I seem to be interested in the same topics! Anyway, as stated before, I believe in very high prohormone doses, stacked WITH tribulus and DHEA. High doses because even the most enthusiastic prohormone studies cite a threshold (above 300 MG per dose) below which estrogenic activity is dominant and above which androgenic activity dramatically peaks. Tribulus on- instead of off-cycle because it MAY encourage the exogenous prohormone, which may be converted to estrogen or testosterone, to metabolize the right way. DHEA because it works against cortisol, the presence of which may, again, encourage estrogen rather than testosterone production. Try it ... you'll like it. IP: Logged |

I forgot to mention that DHEA supplements are interesting because they can't inhibit endogenous DHEA production via negative feedback. (DHEA and pregnolone are unique among sex hormones in that they're not subject to negative feedback inhibition!) The question regarding DHEA and risk, then, is: What happens when DHEA levels achieve supraphysiological levels? Nothing, I think, but others think otheriwise. Remember, DHEA itself is of very little testosterone-boosting benefit. Indirectly, it may or may not bind to sex-hormone receptors, and it decreases stressful hormonal milieus. So think of it as an anti-cortisol supplement and use accordingly. Personally, I take 50 MG of DHEA, twice a day, every day. If my levels turn out to be even lower than I thought (I'm waiting for results), I may go as high as 100 MG, 3 times daily. IP: Logged |
