![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() No real difference. The capsules are usually more $$$ but easier to use. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The liquid flax seed oil form is usually better. Sometimes when they process the oil into capsules it hurts some of the nutritional value of the oil. Also, each tablespoon of liquid flax seed oil is about 11 grams of fat (almost all unsaturated and a great source of Omega 3 fatty acid). It is recommended that you get about 2 tablespoons per day. The capsules usually are 1 gram per capsule. You would need to take about 22 capsules a day. That is to much of a pain for me and the cost would add up to quickly. If you buy the liquid version checked the dates for freshness, keep it refrigerated, and make sure it was the cold pressed type. Some cheaper liquid versions use heat in some of their processing, which hurts the oil. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Generally speaking the liquid version of the flax seed oil is also higher in lignan. Thus making it more effective. IP: Logged |
