I have not been on createne for a good 6 months. I was wondering if you think it is neccesary to load createne before the maintanence stage. Also I was wondering what your thoughts were on Optimum Nutritions Andro Stack 850 and 19-Nor Complex. Should I just take the recomended dosage. Also, will I experience any side effects. Thanks for yor time guys.

it all depends on what creatine you are taking. for like the first five or four days i load and then i just take about half a serving. if your taking some cell-tech or any other shit your probably going to get some stomach discomfort but thats usual and its nothing to be alarmed about..keep going youll be happy after about 2 months of hard work and a good diet.

I got to tell you, save your money and stick to the creatine, a good protein powder, and some glutamine. The prohormones these days make a lot of promises that it is impossible for them to make. Just my opinion.
