I want to mix 10grms of glutamine with 10grms of creatine and simple carbs..post workout...is this combo powerful?..I herd it wont work, because you shoulnt mix the glutamine with carbs because the carbs will mess up the glutamines Conversion of GH....well does anybody thank that this combo is good after a workout..anybody see results with a combo like this?

Shouldn't mix creatine with glutamine. They compete for the same transport system in your body. Take them at different times.

Swell, it seems that even the nutrition experts disagree about whether you can mix glutamine and creatine. I've looked at some of the physiology behind why it would be a bad idea to mix them and it just doesn't seem to be a sound theory. I trust the advice of John Parrillo since he's one of the best nutritionists out there. Just try it your way and then try taking them at different times. Whatever gives you the best results you should go with. I personally feel like mixing them is fine and I like the results I've been getting.
But everyone will have their own opinion.
