What is the best supplement that will make my muscles recover faster than usual?..and how high of a dose should it take? thanx

In the hour after your workout there is a window of opportunity to consume a meal that will be the most beneficial to muscle growth.
In answer to your question, protien is the most important, especially in the hour after you workout. It will be even better if you take a whey protien, and even better if you take it with simple sugars.
In you want to look into other supplements for quicker recovery, I would reccommend any of the following: creatine, glutamine, prohormones, Methoxylon. There are others but these are just ones I have had results with or seen people have results with. A lot of supplements are just crap though. Get educated on what actually has scientific proof of working and just what works for you. But I can assure you that taking supplemental protien in a whey form will help you recover faster.
