I'll second that, recent studies showed that by taking 5g before a workout/training GH are drastically elevated. Although not a essential amino acid, the body produces a poor amount (about 10g a day) highly active an intence athletes use in excess of 20g in a standard day. So a minimum of 10g a day would be recomended. IP: Logged |
