I just ordered this and was interested in some feedback if any has taken it the the results they have gotten (muscle gain, etc.) When is the best time to take it and how many do you take at a time? They say 1-2 three times a day, does it make a big difference between if i take 1 or 2? Any info would be great! thanks! IP: Logged |

I've experimented with exactly what you're talking about in order to see if I could get good results and also save money by taking less than the label says. I really couldn't tell that much of a difference. I like the idea of taking 1 capsule three times a day on one day then the next day take 2 caps 3 times a day. I really like Methoxylon but I've had to go with a cheaper brand that is supposed to be even better. It is made by Biotest (www.biotest-online.com) and is called Methoxy-7. It is in liquid form and you put it under your tongue for 1 min. then drink it down. After I switched to the Methoxy-7, I am still getting the same good results. With the Methoxylon you have to pay about 60 dollars a month supply, but it is about 45 dollars a month for the Methoxy-7, which is the same ingredient. If you check out the website, it has an offer that if you buy 2 bottles of methoxy-7 you get the 3rd one free. Each bottle is about 45 dollars and lasts about 20 days, so three bottles lasts about 2 months if you follow the lable. Hey just a side note. If you look at the main ingredient in paradeca it is the same thing thats in methoxylon (and methoxy 7). I bet you anything thats why so many people are getting good results from taking paradeca. But who would want to spend a hundred dollars a month on paradeca? They could really get the same effect by taking methoxylon or methoxy 7. I really love the stuff. It may take a month or 2 before you really see results but I think you'll like it too. I recommended it to my friends and they like it also. Let me know how it works out. IP: Logged |

I just found out something that might be of interest. I've been taking a variety of supplements for the past month or so that I believe are on the cutting edge of technology. A couple of those supplements are Methoxylon and Proxylon both made by Syntrax. These compounds are very interesting for their effects on increasing lean mass. Although I haven't taken just one or the other lately, I started out by taking only the Proxylon supplement. I was pleasantly surprised with the good results that I got without having to diet more strictly or change my workout routine or intensity. However, the main drawback is the very high pricetag of taking a months supply of either or both Proxylon and Methoxylon. I was told that the Methoxylon was more effective than the Proxylon, but I think they are both very good and give me similar results. But again, the cost of a months supply of even Proxylon runs me about $70. A months supply of the Methoxylon is even more. I just can't live with that cost. But I still want the good effects. So I went to my local GNC to see if there by any chance was any product that might happen to contain the active ingredient in Proxylon at a cheaper price (I was hoping this since Proxylon's ingredient is not very well known that it would be pretty cheap). After about an hour and a half of looking on the back of many boxes of various supplements, I found a GNC brand name supplement that contains the same ingredient as Proxylon, but which would wind up costing me only $30 a month---and this formula has a higher potency than Proxylon! Needless to say, I bought my first gold card an purchased two bottles of the stuff (GNC brands are buy one get the next half price + I got the super Tuesday 20% discount to boot). So I wound up paying about $25 total for a months supply of a higher concentration of the same thing as Proxylon! I wanted to share this with you guys because I know you want to save your money just like me. Hope this helps! Oh and by the way, the name of the GNC brand supplement is IPRIBONE. GNC SUCKS....never buy anything from there....they are preying on the less informed individual....call musclemag in scranton....they have really cheap prices and good shipping prices....I live there so I know the prices...www.musclemagnepa.com ralph IP: Logged |

Well, if this product doesn't deliver the goods, then I'll be the first to report such bad news. But given the chemical properties of ipriflavone, in that it is not unlike protein, I would say that there is a much less likelihood of it being a bad product (I really haven't seen that much difference in the quality of protein powders so I tend to use whatever is cheap and doesn't taste too bad). I actually like a few GNC versions of things like amino acids, glutamine, etc. I don't think this is a big gamble as far as quality. After all, most companies that sell ipriflavone don't really know just how good the product is for building muscle mass as well as bone mass. When they catch on, the price will skyrocket most likely. I'm becoming aware that other companies also sell an ipriflavone supplement at much more reasonable prices. So I would say that it's at least worth a try considering the big difference in price even if you try some other less expensive brand name version. But I will definitely report back and let you guys know my results---good or bad. IP: Logged |

I started taking it today. I found it fort $30, it was a couple bucks more than Proxylon and I think cheaper than the Biotest stuff. I'll keep you posted on my progress. Do you know a good protein? Sounds like you got a great deal on the Methoxylon! Hey do me a favor if you don't mind...could you let me know where you got it or if there's a place online that can give me a good price like that? I would really appreciate it since the only place I know of right now wants nearly $60 for each bottle! Thanks a million! By the way, I've never taken Nitro-Tech but I'm sure it's a good product. I spend so much on supplements, that the only protein powder I use is designer protein or Parrillo Protein since it is really cheap compared to others. IP: Logged |
