Just wanted to update anyone interested in syntrax stack. I used the stack for 8 weeks and lost 28 pounds and 4 inches off waist. Quit for 4 weeks and now I am back on for another cycle. So far 2 weeks in second cycle and lost 7 more pounds and another inch off waist. Love handles are starting to go also! I take triac and gugle 3 times a day and adipo 6 times a day. Don't take any after 7 p.m. or you might have trouble sleeping. If you want an extra punch before workout, take 2 adipo, one guggle, and one triac along with effervescent creatine. I use optimum's (42 servings for 25.75 from my discount vitamin store)

great work man! so that stuff REALLY works huh? im about to start a tiratricol/adipo/guggel stack with Power Drive from Biotest added! right now im 158 lbs at 10% bodyfat. think it will be easy to get to about 150 lbs at 6%? also, did you do any morning cardio or anything?

Hey d1734,
I only ran three times a week for 20-25 minutes. But, I worked hard in the gym, Maybe 45-60 minutes one or two body parts a day. I would work chest and tris. Then next day hit back and bis. Skip one day then hit legs. Next day hit abs and shoulders. Trying to lose weight I did sets of 10 -12. Now that I'm down to 215 pounds, I'm gonna try to bulk back up, but in the right places. Thanks for writing back, and YES this stuff really works!!! I'd swear by It!!
