i have just started effervescent creatine by optimum nutrition, and i must say it is the best creatine i have tried yet. it is much better in my opinion than phosphagen hp and cell tech (both of which i have used). it tastes great for a change and seems it seems that it is absorbed much quicker(it is also a great deal easier on the stomach). a friend of mine just started creatine serum, and i am eager to see has the best gains.
just thought i would share my info.

Ive heard putting regular creatine in Alkaseltzer works just as well. And it's a whole lot cheaper too.

Optimum's creatine definitely rocks! Love the way it disolves and doesn't taste too bad either!
