Has every one used tribulus terrestris. Is it better by itself or with some other substances like prohormones... its said that it can increase levels from 500 to 750 ng/dl of free testosterone. thanks ------------------ [This message has been edited by nariclas (edited February 22, 2000).] IP: Logged |

I am currently taking it. I haven't been taking it long enough to form an opinion. I do also take Cytiodyne and creatine with it. I will tell you this about trib, it must raise the test cuz man it's like gosh dang viagra, you want it all the time. IP: Logged |

Trib 3-5X a day, 4-Androstenedione, 4-Androstenediol 3-5X a day. Triatricol 2-3X a day. Real good stack for lean mass provided you take in enough protein. [email protected] IP: Logged |

Although it does appear not all tribulus products are equal (similar to how all creatine products are not the same - some contain impurities, etc) A good friend of mine researched a well known brand and as he works in a lab, was able to draw blood sample once a week with total and Free-T analysis. This product was the only one that quadrupled his T values at the end of 4-weeks. The only other thing he was taking was a multivitamin (no andro, no prescription drugs). He was one of the folks I always heard saying "it doesn't matter, it's all the same junk..." I would suggest anyone taking -ANY- supplements visits their local lab at least a couple times a year and spends a little money on blood tests - know what's going on inside your endocrine system - don't guess based on "how you feel at the gym or bedroom" IP: Logged |

for fear of being accused of advertising, best I leave the brand out. suffice to state that you have to do your own research before you believe every well written ad copy you come across (or personal accounts such as this one) his original numbers were at 220 (you will find most males naturally vary wildly according to time-of-day the blood is drawn and based on season of year. important thing is to try to have the sample drawn always at the same time, preferably early am by Nariclas quote: IP: Logged |

well... if you cant say the brand i would appreciate if you can e mail me... im interested in knowing what that brand is... because as far as i know ... it is really important what kind of tribulus you take because it has to do with the percentage of steroidal saponins the extract has thanks ------------------ IP: Logged |

when buying trib quality of the herb should be considered i believe "saponins" is the active ingredient 45% is what to look for i think i'm recommend going to www.t-mag.com they do have their own line of products its two for one and a money-back guarantee but i do agree with the other post DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ITS YOU BODY!!!!
