Here's a link for you: http://www.bigsport.com/store/synthol.html Anyways, it's called Synthol, not a steroid but some kind of oil that you inject into a bodypart (biceps, calves, etc.) and it creates the effect of an implant- supposedly it lasts for a few years. To see its effects, look at Flex Wheeler's calves and Ernie Taylor's triceps. It does not enhance performance in any way, and nobody knows what its long-term effects are. IP: Logged
