My little brother is starting to lift at 13. He plays football, basketball, and lacrose. He is 6' 165, already. He is bigger at 13, than when I was 18. He is pretty cut too, not alot of babyfat. Needless to say, he dominates in his sports, should he start to lift yet, and would it be wrong to start him off on some whey protein. We lift together, and he always wants to have a shake with me, afterwards? It is hard to tell him no when he can look eye to eye with me. What is the best advice about starting him off on the right foot, without stunting his growth. Obviously teaching him good form is key.

Giving your brother whey protein would probably be the best supplement for him right now. I recomend giving him about 1-2 grams of protein for every kilogram he weighs. To get kilograms divide body weight in pounds by 2.2 to get kilograms.

As for the training part, don't let him go down to low when he squats this may affect his height down the road.

When he turns about 15 or 16 you could probably get him on low dosages of creatine to put on some size.

TRAIN HARD AND GOOD LUCK!

Well if he is only thirteen I would recomend that he take some whey protein and a multi vitamin, as far as weight training
his sports activity in school should be enough for now, he should stay off the weight at least until he is 15-16

Keep him away from the Juice. It will fuck him up rather than do him good. Start with Protein and creatine. Scare him, tell him if he starts a such a young age his d*ck won't work when he gets older.
