Stick with a name brand that you think tastes good. Optimum is a very good one along with EAS, Isopure, and Pro Performance. IP: Logged |

check out tri-protien plus...has three different proteins so the mix is digested better...really good bioavailability for the price...should be around 30 for five lbs. ralphie out IP: Logged |
