Hi, I'm an Asian dying to gain weight and bulk up. I weight train 3 times a week. I've experienced quite a few health problems since taking protein powder supplements (Pro Complex, EAS Myoplex MASS) and some weight-gain powder. I got sick more easily, more pimples and have diarrhoea. As a result, I lost weight!!! What is wrong? I'm currently going through some colon cleansing program. I'm eating more raw vegetables and fruits and have stopped taking the supplements for a while. I'm better now but I still want to continue weight training and bulking up. How can I do so if at the same time I want to be healthy? Are there any alternative protein or mass-building supplements for bodybuilders who are vegetarians? I'm not a vegetarian now but those supplements I mentioned earlier make me feel worst. Please advice. Thank you. IP: Logged |
