just wondering, but is creatine + L-glutamine + Flax oil + protein powder a good combo for gaining weight fast? share any of your quick weight gain ideas here too, thanks a lot. | ||

Sounds good, your on the right track. Take in about 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodymass. Be sure to be drinking plenty of water also. 10-15 grams of glutamine will be good, 10 post workout and 5 before bed. The flax seed oil, I would personally take about 10 grams of fats worth spread out throughout the day. If your taking creatine also, I like a constant 15grams though some would say that is too much. Remember drink plenty of water and supplement on your days off, not just on workout days. It is not possible to say how and if, and how long it will take to put on size, but be patient!!! ------------------ |
