what are some good high calorie foods that aren't too hard to get (like bread is always abundant in the house) what mixtures can i use to make some good high cal food... i have started my "high calorie" food diet (eating like 3000 + calories) and have gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks. but i need to eat more. I also lift weights everyday. do you guys also know of any workouts i can use in place of the brench press? because i dislocated my shoulder playing football. i need some workout that will strengthen my chest preety well. Hmmm, let's see... Rice, pasta, peanut butter, eggs, ground beef. Are you trying to gain lean mass or just mass in general? | ||

just mass in general, for football in 6 months... i am going to get the "Size Powder" from protien factory.com also, i am going to get this stuff that's called "Flax Oil" the guy who works at the protein factory told me i should get some to put weight on me. | ||

BEEF!!! That's your cheapest and best solution. There are a million ways to prepare it and it really never gets boring. If you plan on eating more than a pound a day, you really should get the extra lean ground beef. I don't think extra mass on your ass would help your game. | ||
