what are some good high calorie foods that aren't too hard to get (like bread is always abundant in the house) what mixtures can i use to make some good high cal food... i have started my "high calorie" food diet (eating like 3000 + calories) and have gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks. but i need to eat more. I also lift weights everyday. do you guys also know of any workouts i can use in place of the brench press? because i dislocated my shoulder playing football. i need some workout that will strengthen my chest preety well. Thanks a lot for your help.

just mass in general, for football in 6 months... i am going to get the "Size Powder" from protien factory.com also, i am going to get this stuff that's called "Flax Oil" the guy who works at the protein factory told me i should get some to put weight on me.

BEEF!!!

That's your cheapest and best solution. There are a million ways to prepare it and it really never gets boring. If you plan on eating more than a pound a day, you really should get the extra lean ground beef. I don't think extra mass on your ass would help your game.

dont workout everyday. u should take at least 1 day off a week.
