as with my 5 supps post, I'll begin.

chocolate protein powder:
1. 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein p. 11/2 cups of milk.

2. 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup milk, dash of peppermint extract.

3. 3 scoops protein powder, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup water, splash of pepermint extract.

each "recipe" is not 1 serving, depends on time of day and calorie "need."

Heres a good one:

1 cup nonfat yogurt mixed with the same flavor protein and milk. Turns your protein shake into more of a meal replacement.

BTW Valdez I might have to try that recipe with the peanut butter. I usually use oatmeal/flax/protein but I think tomorrow I'll try it with PB instead of flax, sounds awesome bro.

Oh yeah another idea is to use Farina (Cream of Wheat) instead of oatmeal.

Bill Philips put out a small book with about 30 recipes for protein shakes. Alot of what everyone has come up with is in there. I suggest to everyone that you try to find one since there are so many great recipes in there!!

The recipes blackop mentioned can be found over at muscle media's website. I urge everyone who's tired of the same ol protein drinks to check them out. They really help maintain your sanity when you're about to cheat. I personally like the "cookies n cream" recipe, and the "PBjelly" one is good too. There's at least 12 as far as I can remember.
