Hello!! First time Ive been on here, so go easy on me!!! I am looking for some recommendations on supplements, I am having a hard time with my diet primarily cuz I am 6ft 4.5 tall, I weight 190lbs and am looking to gain some quality muscle mass, at the minute I am using Myoplex Plus, the rest I am trying to support with proper food, what alternatives are there, Ive heard about Monster Food etc, bear in mind I need about 370g of protein a day!! At the moment I am getting about 240. Carbs about 200. Its good being tall but damn expensive !! Could someone around my height give me an example diet or something? any help would be appreciated, Cheers!!! | ||

LOL, yeah, thats about right. Hit the egg whites, oatmeal, chicken and tuna with a vengence. I think you would also find it wise to drop your myoplex for a straight protein (whey) and that would save you a ton of cash and allow you to really bump up your protein intake. Check out www.nathigh.com I like Prolab 100% whey and their NLarge. you can get 10lbs of NLarge for like $32-34, good stuff. ------------------ | ||

Hey man whats up. I am 6'4 also but 215ish right now. You just have to eat more. Somewhere around 4000 calories a day if you want to put on some serious muscle. |
