I am fairly new to liting and trying to maximize my efforts and was considering the following routine and suppliment schedule. Split up your routine a bit.....thats a lot of exercises to do in one workout!!! Maybe a 3 day split etc. As far as eating and sups....eat 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb, complex carbs, Whey protein shakes, bars, creatine, glutamine, good multi-vitamin, tons of water, plenty of rest | ||

I'm with gettingbig, Your WAY over working yourself, do less per muscle group yet blast it hard. Your diet is what will make the man out of you, so before you even get into supps, make sure you've got a good diet. Then add supps. |
