I am fairly new to liting and trying to maximize my efforts and was considering the
following routine and suppliment schedule.

Day #1: Upper Body
Benchpress - Chest
Dumbell Flyes - Chest
Seated Dumbell Press - Shoulders
Side Raises - Shoulders
Wide Grip Pull downs - Back
Cable Rows - Back
Rope Pull Downs - Triceps
Bench Dips - Triceps
Seated Dumbell Curls - Biceps
Standing Barbell Curls - Biceps

Day #2: Cardio And Abs
30 Min Various Cardio
Front Crunch X 50
Left Side Crunch X 50
Right Side Crunch X 50
Front Crunch X 50
Knee Lifts/Raises X 15

Day #3: Lower Body and Abs
Leg Press
Lex Extensions
Lying Leg Curls
Straight Leg Dead Lifts
Standing Calf Raises
Hyper Extensions

Day #4: Cardio and Abs
30 Min Various Cardio
Front Crunch X 50
Left Side Crunch X 50
Right Side Crunch X 50
Front Crunch X 50
Knee Lifts/Raises X 15

Day #5: Off - Then Repeat Cycle

I am Considering taking Creatine Monohydrate with l-Glutamine and Taurine (This is all in
one capsule by Twinlab - Creatine Fuel Stack) along with CLA and Xenedrine (to cut
fat).
The reason for the heavy start is that I have heard that beginners can make drastic
increses in size and strength and I would like to get off to a good start so that I can
keep motivated.

Split up your routine a bit.....thats a lot of exercises to do in one workout!!! Maybe a 3 day split etc. As far as eating and sups....eat 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb, complex carbs, Whey protein shakes, bars, creatine, glutamine, good multi-vitamin, tons of water, plenty of rest

I'm with gettingbig, Your WAY over working yourself, do less per muscle group yet blast it hard. Your diet is what will make the man out of you, so before you even get into supps, make sure you've got a good diet. Then add supps.
