I just started to take micronized creatine and ephedra. Should I change to eca and what is the best creatine to take.

Ripped fuel, xenadrine, hydroxy cut are the best for cutting. As far as creatine Don't buy fancy!!!!!!!!! Just get a good German Grade like Prolabs! that's what is best, especially for the money.
Liquid clenbuterx by VPX is really good stuff to and if it isn't strong enough for you, tell the guys at your gym you need some CLAMbuterol.
