Assuming your question is for real. I'm sure you could survive on MRP's, however, I wouldn't do it.

First of all, you'll eventually have no solid bowel movements, which is no fun!!

Secondly, assuming you're eating six meals a day, which is most effective for metabolism, your protein would be slightly high, depending on your body weight.

Third, you would probably be hungry all the time, as your absorption rate is increased with mrp's.

There are so many benefits to using MRP'S however eating them solely is not a good idea. I usually, take 2 per day, occasionally 3. At least 2 solid well balanced meals, with protein, carbo's and fat in all of them. Also, a small meal with say cottage cheese, a bagel, and some fruit. Or yogurt and some fruit.

I personally would not replace more than 2 meals per day with MRP's. You need fiber and slow burning carbs in a healthy diet.

"your joke is about as stupid as your question" yes, yes.

you cannot "live" on mrp's. no. not a chance. why the **** would you want to? are you taking a long ass camping trip? are you boarding the space shuttle soon? I don't understand why people have such an aversion to food.

#1 criteria for being a BB is a LOVE for food.

Naa, you need fiber (both soluble and insoluble), and some enzymes would help too. Nice try. :-)
