I've used AST's GL3 Glutamine at 30 grams a day and got nothing from it. So I'd say save your money! You'll just end up being as pissed as I was at wasting money on this crap!

This was discussed in another thread. Micronized anything does not absorb better, it has no effect on solubility. The powder just takes more time to get to the bottom of the glass. Don't waste your money.
