i just got myself two big bottles of designer whey and eas phosphorus for the first time... i heard that for the first 5 days i should take an attack dose of 20mg each day. i usually lift weights during the evening, so when would be an appropriate time to dose? thanks in advance | ||

Load up on it 5 to 7 days at 20gs a day, 5gs in the morning, 5gs about 30 minutes to an hour before your workout & 5gs after your workout, take the other 5gs when ever you want during the day. After you have loaded up on it for a week just take 5gs after you work out, it may say take 5 to 10gs a day after you load but it is a waste of money, they tell you this just to get you to buy more. After reading a articile on creatine and how long it stays in your body after you are loaded up on it there is no resone to take so much of it. Just take 5gs after a workout and only after a workout day. This is the way i do it, you will not get any better gains taking more, you will just be wasting money and creatine! | ||

Boy that was good for a laugh. I don't mean to flame, I just found it particularly funny. Anyone else supplement with phosphorus, just curious, cause you know that if it's an EAS product it's gonna be good. lol ------------------ |
