Lately I've been taking Ginseng, Ginkgo, and St.Johns Wort, cause I was given some bottles. I figured what the heck, I'll give it a shot. I'm taking about 1.6g of the ginseng spread in 3 doses, 120mg of the gingko, and 600 mg of the wort. It's been about a week or so now and maybe I've noticed it reduces my evening crash from my thermogenics, and I don't seem to be as consistantly sleepy during my first morning classes, but it could and is likely to just be the placebo effect.

Anyone else regularly supplement with herbals? Just thought I'd see since I stare at the bottles sitting on my desk all day lol

ginko and siberian ginseng.

ginko's cool. munch on that shit before exams. just beware just because its natural doesn't mean muching it by the bucket load is good. i once took too much ginko, and was wayyy to alert!
