Most unbiased researchers state that creatine monohydrate, or citrate for that matter, is not stable in a liquid base such as water or aloe for more than three days. Now I do believe that it is not stable in a water base, though in an aloe base I beleive it is slightly more stable than water. (creatine turns easily to creatinine when in liquid) I have tried about 6 bottles of socal aloe based creatine (turbo something) and found it to work, yet when I switched to phfensteil (sp) and creapure, I found I received greater results. From here you must be the judge, if you like, try them all and then tell use your feelings. I feel your best bet is to just stick with a quality german grade powderd creatine. ------------------

Visit the AST Research website like koen suggested. They had the product tested at an independent lab and it did not fair well at all! I believe they found 1 gram of creatine in the whole bottle! They have a copy of the actual lab test for you to see. Sorry man but you've been ripped off.
