I�ll admit that I did get a slight strength increase the few times I tried HMB, all some time ago now. However, I don�t know if it was the stuff itself, or the physiological effects of spending so much on it! I will not buy it again, the cost to benefit ratio is not that great. ------------------ | ||

When it first came out, my friend and I managed to convince our gym owner to let us buy some at his cost. He agreed. We thought we were getting this phenomenal deal, paying 22 dollars for a ten day supply. I went through about 10 ten day supplies, lol. The best benefit of HMB for me was expensive urine. Yeah, I did put on a little strength, but then again, that would of happened with or without HMB. I didn't know any better, I was a newbie, lifting for about a year and a half. Should of just used the Omnidren like my other friend did. I gained like a pound on HMB in almost 3 months, my buddy using gear put on about 20. Oh, he didn't spend nearly as much as I did. |
