man, before I joined the Marine Corps and was competing a few times a year I was consistantly between 800-1,100 every 6wk when I had a comp. coming up. Most of it was on Myoplex, socal's liquid creatine, Glutamine, and every type of prohormone I could find. I used too take transdermals, sublinguals and orals all together. I'm glad I don't compete any more cause I used to spend entirely to much on supps. oO(it's so much cheaper to just get gear now.) lol ------------------

i spend around 100 bucks a month, its mostly on protein. some months i go as high as 200 if i try a new supp or i run out of something. besides protein, i usually buy bottles of stuff that will last me a few months such as multis,c and e, and msm.

Far too much here, I don't want to add it up! Do you guys ever wonder how much richer you would be if you eat like a 'normal' person?

Yeah, i spend way too much. But if I didn't, I'd look like the typical overfed, undernourished college student who lives on pizza and soda.

Ok, keep in mind I get my supplements really cheap. Antioxidants : $ 8 Flax oil : $15 (24 ounces) Damn, I just realized how much I spend, and that's not including my creatine (I buy a giant size that lasts for a few months). Keep in mind I save a lot on food by substituting with MRP's, and I really need the convenience, so it's worth it for myself. If I only had access to someones fridge without having to pay.

assuming i buy all my supplements from mail order or from costco i would say about 30 for protein 180 on bars(but u have to understand i eat those for meals, for example i will have 2 bars for lunch(4.00),bk or macodnoalds probaly cost the same) 30 on gluscosamine/chordition 30 on power bars so 270 a month,i know this sounds like alot, but back in may when i did not use any suppelents i probably sent the same amount or more, because each meal u eat cost around 2-4 depending on what it is,2 bars the same as a meal also i buy flax oil about once a month or every 6 weeks, maybe sometimes 2 months, its 11.99 for 16 oz,and muiltvitaminsn and calcium supplement but those cost like 5-6 dollars each and last a year

Way too much... even though I try to avoid the price ripoffs at GNC, sometimes its too fast and convenient. About 150-250.00/month

250 dollars a month. It saves me money buying them. I use them for lunch and dinner sometimes. If I had to buy lunch and dinner it would be more than 300 dollars.
