I've been a hardcore lifter for over ten years and have seen just about every supplement hype out there-from boron in the early nineties to the tribestan b.s. of today. Through trial and error (not to mention tons of wasted money) I think all the old-timers can agree, much of a lifter's growth depends strongly on an adequate supply of protein, low carbs and a good multi. Before anyone new to the iron game rushes out to buy the new, highly touted meal replacement, give my formula a good look. You'll find that it provides the same nutritional content(if not significantly more) at a fraction of the cost: 10lbs. Whey protein concentrate from protein factory.com: $50.50 (includes shipping) -1200 grams AST l-glutamine: $49.99 -1400 grams EAS phosphagen (creatine):$35.00 -300 tabs multivitamin: $10.99 One serving provides the following: -46 grams whey protein -10 grams carbs -5 grams creatine -5 grams glutamine Total cost per serving: $1.16 | ||

Sounds like a very economical deal. Just curious, why don't you just order the cheap MRP from the protein factory, i think it comes out a little cheaper. |
