I've been mixing my creatine in my morning post workout protein shake...I use about four tablespoons of Stew Meat's protein, 12 oz milk, a whole banana, and a tablespoon of peanut butter...I know creatine absorption is supposed to be better with grape juice, etc., but is there any reason not to take the creatine in a milk based drink?
